Bleep tests at FOSC
Notes on last session: The sun was shining, but went in just as participants started the test. A cool breeze helped the runners as all who started, went past the club record set last time. Another club record was set, at 10.5 levels, but surely it will be beaten again. No one prison has yet joined the 11  club, but it will only be a matter of time. Next test in a couple of weeks, with a possible change from Sunday mornings. Keep an eye on the website, or club notice board for updates.
Why not give it a try, a little light hearted fun for all. Bring  your family and friends. Non members welcome. More information promoting the first test here
